1.1 Program Fee Refunds

– Fees paid for our programs are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in specific program terms.  

– Refunds may be considered under exceptional circumstances, such as program cancellation or rescheduling by us.  

1.2 Cancellation by Participant

If you cancel your participation in a program:  

   – 7 Days or More Before the Event: You may request a transfer to a future session of the same program, subject to availability.  

   – Less Than 7 Days Before the Event: No refund or rescheduling is allowed.  

1.3 Cancellation by Harman Singh Training System

If a program is canceled or rescheduled by us, participants will have the option to:  

   – Receive a full refund.  

   – Transfer to a future session of the same program.  

2. Refund Policy for Digital Products and Materials

2.1 Digital products, such as e-books, online courses, or recorded sessions, are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

3. Refund Process

3.1 To request a refund, email us at info@harmansingh.in with the following details:  

– Name and contact information.  

– Proof of purchase or registration.  

– Reason for the refund request.  

3.2 Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval and will be credited to the original payment method.  

4. Returns Policy for Physical Products (if applicable)

4.1 Condition for Returns

– Physical products (e.g., books, merchandise) must be returned in their original, unused condition within 14 days of delivery.  

– Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
